[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Florence 6-2-2010 by Ord. No. 2010-11. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The purpose of this chapter shall be the consolidation of all municipal fees charged, collected, and levied for services, permits, applications, and documents. Any fee set forth in Chapter 2 shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a fee set forth elsewhere in the Township Code. It is the purpose of establishing Chapter 2 to add to it with a goal to consolidate all fees into Chapter 2.
A current schedule of fees, "Schedule A," shall be created in order to contain the current fees of the Township.

Florence Township organization rentals

Florence Township based nonprofit organizations (i.e., 501c3 and 501c4) may rent the hall at a reduced rate of $125.
All Florence Township organizations will assist the on-site staff member with the cleanup pursuant to Township policy. Florence Township community organization rentals shall include, but not be limited to, Florence Township sponsored recreation programs, Florence Township Boy Scout and Girl Scout organizations and the Florence Township Education Foundation.

All Township sanctioned events offered by the Community Center, and open to the public with no admission fee, will be provided on behalf of the Township and incur no rental fee.

Whenever the Township is called upon for an inspection of a lot by the Township Engineer, for the issuance of a certificate of approval, certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy, to determine compliance with land use approvals, the fees, per lot inspected, shall be as follows:
