Upper Chichester Township desires to join the Delaware County Consortium of Governments.
Upper Chichester Township believes that its membership in this organization will facilitate and develop mutual cooperation and coordination among the participating municipalities, including Upper Chichester Township.
The Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township has reviewed the bylaws of the Delaware County Consortium of Governments.
The Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township believes that it would be in the best interest of the citizens of Upper Chichester Township to join the Delaware County Consortium of Governments.
The Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township hereby ordains and enacts this chapter authorizing Upper Chichester Township to join the Delaware County Consortium of Governments.
