Each owner and user of any property served by the transportation
system shall pay a sewer rental or service charge or hookup charge
(in addition to any sewer rental or service charge now being paid
to any other municipal authority), which is hereby imposed. Said sewer
rental or service charge shall be payable quarterly in advance and
shall be calculated from time to time by the Bridgewater Township
Municipal Authority, unless and until different rates are established
by ordinance by this municipality.
Bridgewater Township Municipal Authority shall give notice of
the date of commencement of sewer rentals and hookup fees and of the
initial schedule of such charges established by it, by publication
at least one time in a newspaper of general circulation, and shall
provide a copy to Bridgewater Township, the governing body.
Bridgewater Township does hereby authorize Bridgewater Township
Municipal Authority to adopt rules and regulations governing sewer
rentals and sewer hookups on the sewer line as hereinabove described.
Any and all rules and regulations declared to be the rules and
regulations of the aforesaid Authority shall be enforceable by the
aforesaid Authority in accordance with the terms thereof.
The rules and regulations of Bridgewater Township Municipal
Authority shall be subject to review by the governing body, Bridgewater
Township, each and every two years from the date of this article.
