From and after the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful
to establish in the Borough of Hanover any automobile graveyard or
to enlarge any existing automobile graveyard in the Borough of Hanover.
No gas or oil shall be permitted to remain in any motor vehicle
stored in any graveyard, it being hereby directed that, upon the storing
of any motor vehicle in such graveyard, all gas and oil shall be drained
and removed.
