A. 
State statutes adopted. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes adopted by reference in § 630-1 of this chapter relating to snowmobiles are intended to be made part of this section in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of snowmobiles in all areas of the state.[1]

B. 
Operation of snowmobiles prohibited or restricted.
(1) 
No person shall operate a snowmobile on the following publicly owned property:
(a) 
All public parks, unless designated by the City Manager or his/her designee allowing operation of snowmobiles.[2]

(b) 
Schools and school playgrounds.
(c) 
Sidewalks.
(2) 
Persons shall be prohibited from operating a snowmobile within the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except to proceed from home to another destination or vice versa via a legal route at a speed not to exceed 10 miles per hour.
C. 
Operation on private premises restricted. No person shall operate a snowmobile on any private property not owned or controlled by him within the City without the express consent or permission of the owner.
Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes adopted by reference in § 630-1 of this chapter relating to all-terrain vehicles are intended to be made part of this section in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of all-terrain vehicles in all areas of the state.

State statutes adopted. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes adopted by reference in § 630-1 relating to low-speed vehicles are intended to be made part of this section in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of low-speed vehicles in all areas of the state.
B. 
Permitted operators and uses. Individuals who hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license may operate a low-speed vehicle on any street within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Fond du Lac that has a posted speed limit of 35 miles per hour or less.
