Article I Board of Commissioners

§ 55-1 Regular meetings; location; day of month.

All regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Upper Chichester shall be held in the Meeting Room of the Municipal Building on Furey Road, Boothwyn, Upper Chichester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, on the second Thursday of each and every month at a time to be determined by the Board of Commissioners and advertised in accordance with public notice provisions of the Pennsylvania First Class Township Code.[1]

§ 55-2 Organization meetings; location; day of month and year.

All organization meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Upper Chichester shall be held in the Meeting Room of the Municipal Building on Furey Road, Boothwyn, Upper Chichester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, on the first Monday of January of each even-numbered year, except when Monday is a legal holiday.

§ 55-3 Time of regular meetings.

All regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Upper Chichester shall be held at 7:30 p.m.
