The Village shall develop and adopt an emergency management
plan pursuant to 323.14(1)(b), Wis. Stats., and may form cooperative
and mutual aid agreements with other local governments for implementation
and administration of emergency management.
The Village Board shall designate a director (or co-directors)
of emergency management services, who may also be the head of a joint
emergency management service if the Village enters into a cooperative
agreement to provide emergency management service. The line of succession
of Village elected officials as adopted by Village Board Resolution
No. 2011-04, and any subsequent revisions, are incorporated into this
chapter.
