GENERAL REFERENCES
Licensing of businesses and occupations — See Ch. 234.
All applications for licenses for used car dealers must be accompanied by current photographs and fingerprints of the applicants, and if the applicant is a corporation, current photographs and fingerprints of its stockholders owning more than a ten-percent interest in the corporation and of its officers and directors shall accompany the application, with a sworn statement as to the names and addresses of all its stockholders, stating the percentage of shares owned by each and its directors and officers. Any proposed transfer in stockholding of more than 10% of the corporate shares, or in its directors or officers, during the license term shall be reported to the License Inspector and shall be accompanied by the fingerprints and a current photograph of each such proposed substitute stockholder, director or officer. The License Inspector shall determine the eligibility of such person to act for the licensee.

Fingerprints shall be taken by a private vendor who shall submit the fingerprints to the State Police Department for review for any possible police record. The State Police Department shall report the result of the investigation to the License Inspector for his/her consideration.
