(a)
The
Governmental and Educational Access Channel Committee is hereby established
to operate and administer the Governmental and Educational Access
Channel(s) in the City of Utica in accordance with § 895.4 of
the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Department of Public
Service.
(b)
The
Committee shall consist of 12 members: one designated by the Madison-Oneida
Board of Cooperative Education Services; one designated by the Utica
City School District; one designated by the Cable Television Franchise;
and nine members, one each of which to be designated by a member of
the Common Council and to serve at the pleasure of the Council member.
