The following activities shall be prohibited on the corridor or pathway of the Bradford Rail Trail, without written permission from the Chief of Police:
A. 
Operation or use of any motorized vehicles, equipment or similar devices, including but not limited to dirt bikes, scooters, mopeds, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), snowmobiles and motorized model aircraft. Specifically excluded are any public safety/emergency vehicles, vehicles belonging to public utility companies and personal mobility devices required due to a disability, such as wheelchairs and scooters.
B. 
Hunting of any type whatsoever on the premises or the carrying of or use of firearms, bows and arrows, slingshots, trapping gear or other similar devices.
C. 
Removal of, destruction of or damage to, defacing, tampering with, harassing, trapping, agitating or vandalizing any wildlife, any wildlife nests, burrows, nesting boxes, or other wildlife habitats.
D. 
Removal of, destruction of or damage to, defacing, tampering with, or vandalizing any signs, signposts, gates, buildings or other structures or personal property.
E. 
Removal of, destruction of or damage to, defacing, tampering with, or vandalizing any plants, trees, flowers, shrubs or other vegetation or natural features.
F. 
Littering or discarding of trash or other debris.
G. 
Building of a fire.
H. 
Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages.
I. 
Presence in the area 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise.
J. 
Having unleashed dog(s).
K. 
Tenting or camping.
L. 
Smoking of tobacco products or similar devices.
M. 
Swimming, wading, bathing, boating or entering into or upon the waters or the ice of the Merrimack River from the Trail at any time.
Violations of the above prohibitions shall be punishable by a fine of $50 to $100 for a first offense; $100 to $200 for a second offense; and $300 for a third and subsequent offenses. Restitution for damages may also be assessed as a penalty in lieu of or in addition to the fines.
