It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to post, tack, paste or hang any political signs and/or posters or any other form of advertising on City-owned property and/or rights-of-way in the City of Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before any Magisterial District Judge of the City of Altoona, pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 or be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both.
