On all utility poles used in common by Eversource, Verizon and the City, the wires of Eversource shall be placed and maintained at the highest point consistent with safety, which point shall be at least five feet above the point at which the fixture supporting the wires of the fire alarm and police signal systems of the City shall be attached to such utility poles.

The wires of the fire alarm and police signal systems shall be placed and maintained on a fixture attached to such utility poles at a height of at least 18 inches above the lead cable or other wires of Verizon. The wires of the fire alarm system and the wires of the police signal system shall be placed and maintained on such fixture at a distance of at least six inches from the utility pole.

The provisions of Sections 5-36 and 5-37 shall apply to all corporations which may hereafter transact in the City the business now transacted by the corporations above-named, as well as to all corporations and persons that may hereafter transact a similar business.
