Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of districts as

A. Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center lines
of streets or highways shall be construed to follow such center lines.
B. Boundaries indicated as approximately following platted lot lines
shall be construed as following such lot lines.
C. Boundaries indicated as following shorelines of streams, lakes and

event of change in the shoreline, shall be construed as moving with
the actual shoreline.
D. Boundaries indicated as parallel to, or extensions of, features indicated in Subsections

E. Distances not specifically indicated on the Zoning Map shall be determined
by the scale of the map.

the use authorized on and the district requirements of the least restricted
portion of such lot shall be construed as extending to the entire
lot, provided that such extension shall not include any part of the
lot which is more than 30 feet from the district boundary line.
