No person shall make or cause to be made or permit the continuance
of the connection of any roof drain with any sanitary sewer owned
or operated by the Borough.
No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any drainage
water into the sanitary sewer owned or operated by the Borough.
The Borough Council of the Borough of Mount Union, from and
after the passage of this article, may require all roof drains presently
connected with any sanitary sewer or drainage water which shall be
discharged by any person into a sanitary sewer to be removed from
said sanitary sewer, and, in such event, 60 days' notice shall
be given to the property owner to do so; any property owner failing
to remove such drainage water from the sewer within 60 days from the
date notice to do so has been given shall be subject to the penalties
herein provided.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$300, and costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment of such
fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days,
provided that each violation of any provision of this article, and
each day the same is continued, shall be deemed a separate offense.
