The Borough of Emsworth hereby adopts the Retention and Disposition
Schedule ("Schedule") for disposition of municipal records
as established by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission,
and will retain and dispose of all municipal records in accordance
therewith, and shall continue to retain and dispose of municipal records
in accordance with the Schedule as the same shall be amended from
time to time.
