A certain document, a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Alfred being marked and designated as the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code is hereby adopted as Chapter 88 of the Code of the Town of Alfred, entitled "Building Construction" for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code together with any and all changes that may occur from the date of the acceptance of this article, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes as per attachment.[1]
