It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stand or stop or
permit the parking, standing or stopping of any bus upon any street
or upon any public or private property within the Borough with its
engine running while unoccupied by passengers for more than 15 minutes,
whether consecutive or cumulative, during any one-hour period. For
purposes of this section, the operator of a bus shall not be considered
a passenger.

The following words and phrases, when used in this Part 5, shall
have, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the meaning
given to them in this Part 5. All other words and terms not defined
herein shall be used with a meaning of standard usage.
BOROUGH
Borough of Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
BUS
A motor vehicle designed for carrying more than 10 passengers,
exclusive of the driver, and used for the transportation of persons
for compensation. A bus, for purposes of this section, shall not be
deemed to include school buses situate upon or immediately adjacent
to school property.
PARK or PARKING
The temporary storing of a bus off of that portion of a road
which is improved, designed or ordinarily used for vehicular travel
or upon other public or private property.
STAND or STANDING
The halting of a bus, whether occupied or not, except momentarily
for the purpose of and while actually engaged in receiving or discharging
passengers.
STOP or STOPPING
The halting, even momentarily, of a bus, whether occupied
or not, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic
or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic
control sign or signal.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part 5 shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$300 and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
