At anytime it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to park or
stand in any of the following places except when necessary to avoid
conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of
a policeman, constable, emergency technician or traffic control device:
(1)Â
In any intersection.
(2)Â
In a crosswalk.
(3)Â
Upon any bridge or viaduct or the approach thereto.
(4)Â
At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable
width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than 18 feet.
(5)Â
At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway.
(6)Â
On any sidewalk or parkway.
(7)Â
At any place where official signs prohibit parking or standing.
(8)Â
On either side of Avery Road from the German Flatts boundary to the
intersection of McGowan Road.
(9)Â
On either side of McGowan Road from the intersection of Avery Road
to Joslin Hill Road.
(10)Â
On either side of Litchfield Road from Joslin Hill Road to Frankfort
Gorge (Route 171).

On the south side of First Avenue Extension from the intersection

At anytime it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to park
or stand on any street, roadway or public highway within the Town
of Frankfort during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., except when
necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with
the directions of a policeman, constable, emergency technician or
traffic control device.
It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on private property
without the consent of the owner of the property.
The Town Highway Supervisor or any other person authorized by
the Town Board shall cause signs to be posted in all areas where parking
is limited or prohibited, indicating such limitations or prohibitions.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
article shall be fined $10. In the event said fine is not paid within
72 hours of issuance of the parking violation, the amount of the fine
shall be assessed at $25. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In
the event of nonpayment of the fine, the license and/or registration
of any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this
article shall be subject to suspension.

The words and phrases used in this article shall, for the purpose
of the article, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by
Article I of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
The Highway Superintendent or any other person designated by
the Town Board shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs required
under the provisions of this article to make effective the provisions
of this article.
The driver of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to a stop sign
at an intersection where a stop sign is erected at one or more entrances
thereto and shall proced cautiously, yielding to the vehicles not
so obliged to stop which are within the intersection or approaching
so close as to constitute an immediate hazard, unless traffic at such
intersection is controlled by a police officer on duty, in which event
the directions of the public officer shall be complied with.

On the northeast corner of Zolad Road at its intersection with the
southerly cul-de-sac of Zolad Road.

On the northwest corner of Harts Drive at its intersection with Hays
Road.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in § 84-12 herein is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
In accordance with provisions of § 84-11, other than in accordance with appropriate sections of Title 15B of the NYCRR, Part 1130.47, as amended, speed limits are hereby established upon the following described streets or parts thereof:
