A.Â
Any person aggrieved by any action or decision of a code official
concerning the administration of the provisions of this chapter may
appeal to the Board of Appeals. Such appeal must be filed, in writing,
within 30 days after the decision, determination or action of the
building permit officer and the the appropriate fee must be submitted
at the time of appeal.
B.Â
Upon receipt of such appeal the Board of Appeals shall follow the procedures established in Chapter 5 of this Code.
C.Â
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Appeals may
seek relief by appeal to court, as provided by the laws of this commonwealth.
