In accordance with the provisions of § 130-5, speed limits other than 30 miles per hour are established as indicated upon the following streets or parts of streets:

§ 130-25 Schedule III: School Speed Limits.

In accordance with § 130-6, no person shall drive a vehicle in excess of the speeds indicated below, in the areas designated below, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.:

§ 130-29.2 Schedule VIIB: Right turns on red signal prohibited.

In accordance with the provisions of § 130-14.1, the following described locations are hereby designated for use only by vehicles displaying a valid handicapped parking permit:
