All-terrain vehicles — See Ch. 127.
Snowmobiles may be operated on roads of the Town of Little Valley
that are properly posted and okayed by the Highway Superintendent
with legal signs noting they are open to their use.
Every person operating a snowmobile shall operate same in accordance
with the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law of the State
of New York and subject to motor vehicle control laws pertaining to
the roads of the Town of Little Valley.
