Any person holding a trailer camp license may apply for renewal of such license by filing an application complying with the requirements of §
122-12A of this chapter, accompanied by a statement that no alterations have been made in the plan of the trailer camp since the date of the most recent map thereof filed with the Town Clerk, and accompanied by the letter or certificate referred to in §
122-12E.
No trailer camp license may be transferred without the approval of the Town Board. The transferor and the transferee shall jointly file an application complying with the requirements of §
122-12A of this chapter, accompanied by the letter or certificate referred to in said §
122-12E.
