GENERAL REFERENCES
Open burning — See Ch. 81.
The primary provider of fire prevention and extinguishment services
within the corporate limits of the Town of Millsboro shall be the
Millsboro Fire Company, Station 83. Accordingly, Millsboro Fire Company,
for so long as said company shall be in existence, shall be the first
responder in the event of a fire emergency within the Town. In the
event the assistance of other fire companies is necessary in order
to adequately protect and preserve persons and property within the
Town, and/or in order to adequately protect and preserve the public
health and welfare of the Town's inhabitants, then the Millsboro
Fire Company shall have the discretion to request such additional
assistance as it deems necessary and appropriate under the circumstances,
and/or such additional assistance shall be provided as required by
any mutual aid agreement in force and effect.
