The Town Dog Control Officer, appointed pursuant
to Article 7 of the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State of New
York, is hereby designated as the employee of the town to remove the
bodies of dead animals from all public highways in the Town of Eden
and to dispose of the same according to law, and this shall be a duty
in addition to the regular duties of said Dog Control Officer pursuant
to Article 7 of the Agriculture and Markets Law, and his or her compensation
as a Dog Control Officer shall include the services performed hereunder.
