The Council of the City of Warren does find and declare that
there is need for a redevelopment authority to function within the
territorial limits of the City of Warren.
The Clerk of the City of Warren is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this article with the Department of State and with
the Department of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
The appropriate officers of the City of Warren are hereby authorized
and directed to do all other acts and things necessary or desirable
in connection with the incorporation of the Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Warren.[1]
