The preapplication sketch is suggested of all prospective subdivisions
so that the subdivider may obtain advice from the Commission during
the formative stages of design.
Sketch plan on a topographic map shall show in rough form the
proposed layout of streets, lots and other features in relation to
the existing conditions.
After review and discussion with the subdivider, the Planning
Commission shall indicate the suitability of the plan for development
into preliminary plans.
