The City of Warren, for the purpose of this chapter, is hereby
divided into the following zoning districts to be designated as follows:

The boundaries of the zoning districts are hereby established
and shall be as shown upon the Zoning Map, entitled "City of Warren
Zoning Map," which accompanies this chapter and is made a part of
this chapter.

The district boundary lines shall be as shown on the Zoning
Map. District lines of streets, the boundary limits of the City or
as dimensioned on the map. In case of doubt or disagreement concerning
the exact location of the boundary line, the Planning Commission shall
make the determination of the exact location of said boundary line.
Where a zoning district boundary line divides a lot which was
in single ownership and a lot of record at the effective date of this
chapter, any extension of the least restrictive zone shall be approved
by the Planning Commission.

All areas within the corporate limits of the City which are
under water shall be considered to be in the Preservation District
(P) unless otherwise specifically zoned.

All land annexed to the City after the effective date of this
chapter shall be provided a zoning designation by City Council based
upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission as part of the
process of annexation.
