It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, lead or drive any
horse in any of the public parks or public grounds in the City of
Warren under penalty, upon conviction thereof, of a fine of not more
than $600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such
fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
