No person not an active member of the Fire Department of the
City of Warren shall at any time drive or ride on any fire apparatus
of the Fire Department except City officials and those persons as
may be authorized by the Fire Chief from time to time.

The police of the City, upon order from the Fire Chief at any
fire, shall rope off or otherwise barricade the area around a fire
at such distance as may be designated by the Fire Chief.

No person, except members of the Warren City Fire Department and/or members of fire departments which have been called to assist or provide mutual aid to the Warren City Fire Department may enter into the roped off or otherwise barricaded area referred to in §
255-2 or handle or meddle with any hose, equipment or apparatus being used at any fire, provided that the Manager, Borough police officers or police officers called to assist with Warren City police and any owner or lessee of property located within the area and any other person who may be approved by the Fire Chief may enter within the aforesaid barricaded area.
No person may meddle with, tamper with, injure or damage any
hose, truck or other fire apparatus or equipment or property of the
Fire Department.
No person may drive any vehicle or run any locomotive, railroad
car or train within or through the roped off or barricaded area, and
such person shall remain outside that area until permitted to pass
by the Fire Chief or other person in charge at the fire.
No person, during a fire or while a hose is being used for fire-fighting
purposes, may drive any vehicle, locomotive, railroad car or train
over said hose.

No person shall in any way interfere or tamper with or block
access to or visibility of any public fire hydrant, and no person
shall attempt to take water from any such hydrant, except for fire-fighting
purposes, without advance permission from the Director of the Department
of Public Works.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600
plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a
term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
