Cable television franchise — See Ch. A210.
The Borough of Tyrone hereby evidences its intent to adopt and
administer rate regulations for cable television franchises in the
Borough of Tyrone consistent with the Federal Communications Commission
regulations which were promulgated April 1, 1993.
The Borough of Tyrone has the legal authority to adopt rate
regulations for cable television within the Borough of Tyrone in accordance
with the Cable Television Act of 1992.
The Borough of Tyrone will employ necessary personnel to administer
the cable television regulations within the Borough of Tyrone.
In adopting cable television rate regulations for basic service
within the Borough of Tyrone, the Borough of Tyrone will give full
consideration to all interested parties.
