A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office
of the Tyrone Borough Manager, 1100 Logan Avenue, Tyrone, Blair County,
Pennsylvania, being marked and designated as the "BOCA National Energy
Conservation Code, Seventh Edition, 1993," as published by the Building
Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby
adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the Borough of Tyrone,
Blair County, Pennsylvania, for the control of buildings and structures
as provided herein; and each and all of the regulations, provisions,
penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National Energy Conservation
Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if
fully set out in this chapter.
Any individual, firm or corporation violating any of the terms
or conditions of the National Energy Conservation Code, 1993, shall
be subject, upon conviction thereof before the Magisterial District
Judge, to a fine in the amount of not less than $25 nor more than
$1,000, with each day upon which a violation of this chapter exists
to be considered a separate offense.
