Article I Public Buildings

§ 7-1 Applicability.

The provisions of § 101 of the General Municipal Law requiring separate specifications and contracts for plumbing and gas fitting; steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air-conditioning apparatus; and electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures shall not apply to contracts for the construction, reconstruction or alteration of public buildings awarded by the Town of Porter.
