The following fees shall be paid for animal adoptions and other
services provided by the Montclair Township Animal Shelter (MTAS):

Microchipping service:
(1)
Single microchip: $20. (Registration of microchip is the responsibility
of the owner.)
D.
Animal surrender fees:
(1)
Neutered or spayed animal (certified by vet): $20.
(2)
Non-neutered or -spayed animal: $40.
(3)
Surrender of animal with bite history, aggressiveness or chronic
illness, limiting adoptability: $100.
(4)
Pickup for surrender (ex., for sick/aggressive animal): $150.
(5)
Expired animal dropoff for disposal: $100.
(6)
Expired animal pickup for disposal: $150.
