The Lindenwold Police Department, Executive Fire Inspector and/or
Fire Marshall, of the Lindenwold Fire District, and/or their designee,
which shall include the Code Enforcement Official, are hereby authorized
to issue a summons to any person illegally parked in a designated
fire lane upon receiving a prior authorized form from the owner or
its designated representatives (see Exhibit A).

FIRE LANES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

I am hereby authorizing and requesting the Borough of Lindenwold
Police Department and/or the Executive Fire Administrator of the Lindenwold
Fire District to issue a citation to any person improperly parking
or leaving unattended a motor vehicle in a fire lane at the above
location. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
