Council may, by resolution, prohibit on a temporary basis all
on-street parking on any Borough road.
In the instance of street sweeping operations, the Borough shall post the dates, times and streets to be swept on the bulletin board in the Borough Hall where notices are normally posted. On-street parking for the posted streets shall be prohibited for the day and times posted. Any vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be subject to being towed, and the owner shall be responsible for the costs of towing and storage of the vehicle plus be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, § 1-1, of this Code.
