No milk or milk products shall be sold or delivered in this
municipality unless the same have been pasteurized, provided that
nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the sale of certified raw milk.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
The lacteal secretion, practically free from colostrum, obtained
from one or more healthy dairy animals properly fed and kept, which
contains no less than 3% milkfat and not less than 8Â 1/4% of
milk solids not fat.
All milk and milk products sold, delivered or given away in
this municipality shall comply with all standards, definitions and
regulations promulgated by the New Jersey State Department of Health
or as prescribed by New Jersey public health laws.
Whenever any milk supply or milk product endangers the public
health of this municipality, the Camden County Board of Health shall
prohibit the sale of said product.
