187a Ex A, Occupancy Limitations
A. 
The Township of Buena Vista hereby adopts Section 404 (Occupancy Limitations) and Section 202, Definitions, of the International Property Maintenance Code (2003 Edition) in their entirety.
B. 
Sections 202 and 404 of the 2003 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code are attached and shall become part of this chapter.[1]

C. 
In any situation where the occupancy standards of N.J.A.C. 5:10-22.1 et seq. are applicable, said standards shall apply.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-15, and each day the violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
