The speed limit for all traffic in the Greentree Shopping Center in the Township of Evesham shall be as follows:

Donald Paparone, President of Paparone Homes of New Jersey, Inc., has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at The Manors at Mayfair located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington. The Township Council of the Township of Evesham subsequently adopted Resolution No. 51-95 on March 28, 1995, requesting the New Jersey Department of Transportation to investigate the feasibility of establishing Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the Manors at Mayfair. The New Jersey Department of Transportation has recommended the applicability of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the Manors at Mayfair and determined that the following regulations shall be enforceable:

Troth Associates, LLC, has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Shoppes at Elmwood as depicted on the attached site plan[1] dated April 10, 2006, located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

General Parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the following off-street parking areas as indicated on the Title 39 Plan dated March 28, 2019.
B. 
Stopping and standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions:
