[Adopted 10-3-1984 by Ord. No. 666 (Ch. 35, Art. XXII, of
the 1981 Code); amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code

There is hereby created the position of Deputy Code Enforcement
Officer of the Borough of Lindenwold. This position shall be an annual
appointment of the Mayor and with the confirmation of the Borough
Council.
The Deputy Code Enforcement Officer's duties shall be to assist
the Code Enforcement Officer in all respects in the performance of
his duties.
The salary of the Deputy Code Enforcement Officer shall be set
annually in the Borough's Salary Ordinance as with other employees.
