Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-70, there is hereby created a Fire
District which shall have as its boundaries the Borough of Lindenwold,
in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey.
The Commissioners of the Fire District herein established shall
have the powers, duties and functions within said district to the
same extent as in the case of municipalities relating to the prevention
or extinguishment of fires and the regulation of fire hazards as set
out in N.J.S.A. 40A:14-81.
The Fire District hereby established shall be administered by
Fire Commissioners who shall be elected pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-70
et seq.
