The Township Committee of the Township of Buena Vista hereby
creates the position of Deputy Finance Officer. The primary function
of the Deputy Finance Officer shall be to assist in the administration
of the Township under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.
During the absence or disability of the Chief Financial Officer,
the Deputy Finance Officer shall have all the powers and perform the
functions and duties of the Chief Financial Officer.
The Deputy Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Township
Committee of the Township of Buena Vista. The Deputy Finance Officer
may be removed by the Township Committee for cause.
The Deputy Finance Officer shall receive the compensation as
may from time to time be directed by the Township Committee by ordinance.
