No person shall have, keep, maintain or have in possession or under control within the Township any elephant, bear, hippopotamus, rhinoceros, lion, tiger, leopard, wolf, dangerous reptile or dangerous serpent, any dangerous carnivorous wild animal or any dangerous animal commonly found in a zoo.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-15. Each day that any of the provisions shall be violated or not complied with shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment as above provided.
