There shall be established an application fee in the amount
of $750 when applying for a street vacation. The municipality reserves
the right to waive the application fees for state or any other governmental
entity.
The application fee will be placed in an escrow account to be
utilized to pay the professional fees required in order to properly
review said application. Any excess over the professional fees up
to the limit of $500 will be returned to the applicant.
The fee shall be paid to the Municipal Clerk at the time of
the submission of the application.
