Borough of Munhall, PA Article I Trunk Sanitary Sewer Tap-In

§ 350-1 Tap-in fee.

From and after the passage and approval of this article, a charge shall be assessed as a trunk sanitary sewer tap-in charge on each individual dwelling, building or structure erected on any lot in the Borough of Munhall, in an amount as established from time to time by resolution, for the first unit erected and another fee, also in an amount as established from time to time by resolution, for each additional unit erected on said lot.

§ 350-2 Fee to be paid before issuance of permit.

The aforesaid trunk sanitary sewer tap-in charge must be paid to the Borough Secretary before a building permit is issued by the Building Inspector.
