[The State Uniform Construction Code, which includes a building
subcode, plumbing subcode, electrical subcode and fire protection
subcode, is applicable in the Township pursuant to the State Uniform
Construction Code Act (N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq.). Said code is
administered and enforced in the Township by the State Department
of Community Affairs, Bureau of Housing Inspection, of the Division
of Housing and Urban Renewal. For further information, consult the
