A. 
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PUBLIC STREET
Any street or public alley in the Borough of Clifton Heights and any portion thereof, including sidewalks located within the established street line.
REPAIR
Reconditioning, restoring, mending, fixing, painting, retouching, adjusting or improving any vehicle. "Repair," as used in this article, shall not include any emergency service required to start or otherwise remove a motor vehicle stopped or stalled upon such public street.
B. 
The singular shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine.
No vehicle, motor or otherwise, shall be repaired upon any public street in the Borough of Clifton Heights.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Every day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
