All houses situated within the incorporated Borough of Clifton Heights, County of Delaware, State of Pennsylvania, shall be numbered, and, in causing said number to be placed thereon, Darby Creek shall be the starting point on avenues running westward, and Baltimore Avenue shall be the dividing line on avenues running north and south.
In said numbering, all avenues are to commence with the even hundred, and the size of lots for one number shall be 25 feet or less.
