A.
County sewer customers who have water supplied to them by a private
utility shall be billed as follows: Where the county has obtained
water meter readings from a private utility, sewer billings shall
be based on the available water meter readings; minimum rates and
other usage rates shall be as established by applicable Harford County
rate laws.
B.
Lump sum sewer rate charges shall be levied on county sewer customers
where water meter readings have not been obtained from a private utility
in accordance with applicable Harford County rate laws.
