The public streets within West Bradford Township shall not be used as a place to repair vehicles. However, necessary emergency repairs may be made in order to remove vehicles that have broken down.
The public streets within West Bradford Township shall not be used to store motor vehicles without current license and/or inspection being displayed on the vehicle.
The public streets within West Bradford Township shall not be used to store any trailer, boat, motor home, other vehicle, or recreational vehicle designed to be towed, transported or otherwise, whether or not it is subject to license or inspection.

Burning of leaves or other debris on the paved surface or concrete gutter is prohibited.
Storage of any material on the public right-of-way is prohibited.
Raking of leaves or debris into the street or gutter system is prohibited.
Driving of track vehicles on paved streets or concrete gutter is prohibited, except when approved by the Board of Supervisors or its agents as necessary for snow removal or other emergencies.
The placement of signs within the dedicated rights-of-way in West Bradford Township shall be prohibited unless a proper permit has been issued. In addition to any other remedy at law, these signs, placed without permit, may be removed by the Board of Supervisors or its agents.
Planting of shrubs, trees or other plantings, other than grass and ground cover, is prohibited on dedicated rights-of-way.

A notice of violation may be issued followed by a citation, or a citation may be issued without being preceded by a notice of violation.
A. 
Any action by any person, firm, corporation or other entity which violates or does not comply with any provision of this article or any regulation thereof shall be punishable by fine(s) as established in this section. Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation.
B. 
Any owner or occupant of a dwelling unit, any person, firm, corporation or other entity in violation of any portion(s) of this article shall be issued a notice of violation and be ordered to pay a fine of $20, payable to the Township of West Bradford within 14 days of issuance of such a notice.
C. 
Failure to respond to the notice of violation set forth in Subsection B above by payment of the fine aforesaid, which payment must be made to the Township of West Bradford within 14 days of issuance of such notice, shall result in the issuance of a citation to the defendant. Thereafter, the prosecution shall proceed in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure and, upon conviction for the offense, the defendant shall be ordered to pay the fine hereinabove set forth or, in the case of subsequent violations, as set forth in Subsection D below, together with the costs of prosecution, and/or to be incarcerated in the County Prison for not more than five days.
D. 
The fine for the first violation of this article shall be $20; for any subsequent conviction, the fine shall be not less than $50 and may be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and/or be incarcerated in the County Prison for not more than five days.
