[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of

The Sewer Collection Hearing Board is hereby established.
The Board shall be comprised of three Borough Council members
appointed by the President of Council.
The purpose of the Board is to hear requests from those who
are in arrears with payment of their Old Forge Borough Sewer Agency
bills and to establish affordable payment plans for people with special
financial needs.
A hearing shall be held as needed upon notice from the Director
of the Sewer Agency or Borough Manager.
